New requirements related to human trafficking prevention take effect October 1, 2022 for Maryland hotels

HB270 /SB91 was enacted under Article II, § 17(c) of the Maryland Constitution on May 29, 2022.  A compliance alert has been shared with lodging members via email and is also posted in the MEMBERS PORTAL under  "Compliance & Operational Resources".
