2026 MHLA Golf Tournament Winners

Monday, September 14, 2026 was an outstanding day for MHLA members and friends, who gathered at the beautiful Whiskey Creek Golf Course in Frederick, MD for the Annual MHLA Golf Tournament. The event was completely sold out, welcoming an exceptional turnout of golfers and one of the strongest levels of sponsorship in recent years.

We are especially grateful to Ecolab, the Title Sponsor, for the 12th consecutive year, and to Sunlight Energy Group, the Presenting Sponsor, for their continued and generous support.

Proceeds from the tournament go directly toward supporting MHLA’s core advocacy mission, helping ensure the voice of Maryland’s lodging industry is heard throughout the state.

We extend our sincere thanks to every sponsor, golfer, and supporter whose generosity and participation made this year’s tournament a truly memorable success.

A special thank you goes to this year’s Golf Committee, chaired by Michael Henningsen, who has led the committee since 2015. This year, each committee member also happens to serve on the MHLA Board of Directors. We are grateful for the time, effort, and dedication they contributed to planning the tournament and helping make this year's event such a success.
