Event Policy

Registration & Sponsorship Payments

• All event registrations must be paid 2 weeks in advance of the event.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if received before the final two weeks of registration.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds during the last two weeks of registration.
• Substitutions are always welcome, and we’re happy to update the attendee’s name. Kindly let us know in advance if possible.

No-Show Policy

• Registrants who do not attend the event (no-shows) are not eligible for refunds.

 

Consent for Use of Photographic Images

Registration, attendance or participation in MHLA events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MHLA's use and distribution (now and in the future) of registrant's image or voice in photographs, videos and audio of such events and activities.
