The purpose of this Association is to preserve and promote the lodging industry in Maryland; to serve its members in all ways that are properly within the scope of a representative trade association; to advance and promote practical and fair cooperation with the Maryland and United States Governmental agencies on behalf of the Association members; to advance and promote public relations in the interest of the industry; to encourage and uphold always a spirit of friendly, aggressive and reciprocal cooperation among the members of the Association; to enable those engaged in the lodging industry in Maryland to better serve the public.
